Do you have a sweet tooth? Then you have to give this Vegan Double Chocolate Baked Oats recipe a try.
For this recipe, I used the One Degree Organics sprouted cacao nib oatmeal. I absolutely love that this oatmeal is vegan, non-GMO, certified glyphosate residue-free and organic.
Here’s the recipe:
1/2 cup of @onedegreeorganics sprouted cacao nib oatmeal
3/4 oat milk
1/4 cup scoop of vegan protein powder
1/2 TSP baking powder
Handful of vegan chocolate chunks
Preheat your oven to 450F.
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until you have a smooth consistency and pour into a ramekin bowl. Top with vegan chocolate chunks.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 mins.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
