How to Stay on Track With Your Health Goals During the Holidays

To eat or not to eat shouldn't even be a question you ask yourself, especially during the holidays. You can definitely enjoy the foods you love in moderation and stay on track with your health goals.

Here are some tips to help you stay on track during the holidays.

1. Plan

Plan ahead to make sure you're still able to complete your regular workout routine. No need to use exercise as a punishment for the holiday foods you're going to enjoy.

2. Balance

Don't skip meals. Don't starve yourself. Stay active and enjoy your Thanksgiving cheat meal with your family.

3. Be kind to yourself

Don't beat yourself up over a cheat meal. Food is an experience we share with family and friends.

4. Don't wait for New Years to hit the reset button

Have a cheat meal, not a cheat day, and get back on your regular routine ASAP.

Do not give yourself 2 months of cheat meals and wait 'til the New Year to hit the reset button. If you need help with accountability seek out the help of a coach. Set up a free consultation with me to find out how I can help you achieve your health goals.

I am always happy to answer any questions you have.
